During my service, BCA board and staff successfully reset organizational vision and strategic planning, executed an international search for a new Executive Director, rebalanced the portfolio to emphasize programs of national prominence, and restructured financially for sustainability and community impact.

Simultaneously, BCA launched model partnerships with business, educational, and government leaders, leveraging arts and culture within regional strategic planning and economic development.
